Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the policies below. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

Desks and Chairs: Fully assembled desks and chairs cannot be returned. Unassembled items or items with manufacturer defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

File Cabinets: Unassembled file cabinets may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Assembled cabinets cannot be returned.

Custom Orders: Custom built or specially ordered products are non-refundable.
